Summary
The following terms shall be included in the promise to lease:10.1.1 The LESSEE will subscribe to a civil liability insurance of $ 2,000,000 for the entire duration of the lease and remit a copy of the insurance policy to the LESSOR before the occupation date.10.1.2 If applicable, the fees related to repairs other than the normal wear of the goods and premises will be at the LESSEE’s expense.10.1.3.
